You will be working directly with the founders on a variety of key activities, acting as a utility player in getting anything and everything done to help the company grow. This will be a multi-disciplinary role, but a few potential projects that you might work on include:

  • Educating prospective customers on Amber’s product offering
  • Using a consultative approach to influence customer purchase while also aiding buy-in to the mission, business model, and Amber brand
  • Providing outstanding service across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to Amber product team based on direct experiences with potential customers
  • Defining and improving existing operational procedures, systems, and processes

The Right Stuff:

  • 1 - 3 years of work experience at an early-stage startup in a customer-facing role
  • You are energetic, resourceful and driven, and thrive in an fast-paced, unstructured environment
  • You can communicate effectively with your stakeholders (technical and non-technical)
  • You are hungry to learn and you actively look for opportunities to contribute
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat
  • Strongly preferred: Experience working in fintech and/or EV industries
